These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Sing It Like Britney mobile application (the "App") published by CORVAISIER, established at 35270 Combourg, France ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App is a karaoke experience that lets you browse a curated catalog of artists, search public YouTube videos, sing along, optionally record your voice, and share recordings with friends. The video stream is provided by YouTube and is subject to YouTube's terms. We do not host or distribute any copyrighted music recording — only the voice you choose to record.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You can use most features without an account. Sharing a recording or submitting a score requires you to sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account; deletion is immediate and cascades across all data we hold about you.
The App offers an auto-renewing subscription with the following standard prices (local prices may vary):
Without a subscription you can sing up to 3 songs per day, with the daily counter resetting at midnight local time.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Play Store account settings. If you cancel during a free trial you will not be charged.
By starting to use the subscription before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), to the extent the digital content has been fully supplied. Cancellation through the App Store or Play Store remains available at any time and stops future renewals.
Voice recordings, playlists, scores and other content you create remain yours. By choosing to share a recording, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit and display that recording solely for the purpose of operating the App's sharing and scoring features, for the duration the recording is hosted on our servers (a maximum of 30 days unless you renew the share).
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to share content that:
We reserve the right to remove shared recordings or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Reports may be submitted from within the App.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems, and not to use the App to harass other users or to circumvent the daily song limit through automated means.
The App relies on third-party services, including YouTube (video playback and search), Apple and Google (authentication, push notifications, billing). Their respective terms apply when you use those features. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific YouTube video will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, disclaimers and governing law) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at singitlikebritney.com/terms. If we make material changes we will notify you in-app before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any protection granted to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
